Hitesh Sharma

Hitesh Sharma is an experienced professional in data governance and analytics with over 17 years in the industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Data Governance & Tools at Blue Shield of California since September 2009, Hitesh has held various roles including Manager Data and Analytics Platforms and Business Intelligence Systems Technical Lead. Prior experience includes positions as SAS Administrator at Kaiser Permanente and Blue Shield of California, as well as SAS Administrator at Liberty Mutual and a SAS Analyst role at Pfizer. Hitesh began a career in technology as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) with a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Hitesh also completed senior high school at St Thomas College and high school at Guru Nanak Academy.
