Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and strategic planning within the healthcare and marketing sectors. At Blue Shield of California since August 2020, Michael has served as Senior Principal and Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing a large marketing team and facilitating cross-functional projects. Previously, Michael held various roles at Blue Shield, including Principal for Strategic Planning & Performance. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and leadership positions at the University of Notre Dame, focused on member engagement and strategy for the Monogram Club. Michael holds a degree in Biological Sciences and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame.
