Ricquel Lewis Jackson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, customer experience engagement, and nonprofit financial management. Currently serving as Principal of Corporate Communications at Blue Shield of California, Ricquel leads strategies for C-suite executives and has significantly enhanced the Chief General Counsel's LinkedIn presence while implementing measurable engagement metrics.
