Erika Voss

Erika Voss, PhD, currently serves as the SVP and Chief Security Officer at Blue Yonder since April 2025, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity and enterprise IT leadership. Previous roles include Vice President and CISO of Enterprise IT & Platform Engineering at DAT Freight & Analytics, Divisional CISO at Capital One, and Senior Director of Global Cybersecurity Operations at Salesforce. Through a career marked by significant contributions to cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and technology innovation, Erika has led teams at major organizations including Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Oracle. Erika holds a PhD in Technology Innovation with a focus on Cybersecurity Insider Threats, alongside a Master’s degree in Security Assurance and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology. Currently, Erika is also a member of the Artificial Intelligence Policy Committee at National University.
