Prior to this role, Lakshmi held positions such as Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Talent Acquisition - Americas at Syntel, and served as a Senior Recruiter at Informatic Technologies Inc. and Technical Recruiter at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Lakshmi's career began in hospitality with positions at the Taj Group of Hotels and Mayfair Rooms, leading to a foundational education in Hospitality Management with a BA from The University of Huddersfield.
