Susan Durnford is currently employed at BlueBolt as an HR and Tech Coordinator. Prior to this, Susan worked at Foxtons for over a decade, starting as a New Business Consultant and working their way up to New Business Team Leader and then Senior Team Leader. Susan played a key role in managing the New Business department and Live Chat team, handling recruitment, onboarding, training, reviews, and figure pulling for senior management. Susan also has CIPD qualifications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Macquarie University.
