Darshini Mashar is an experienced professional in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at BlueCat since April 2022. With a strong background at BlueCat, including roles as a Senior System Analyst and Technical Team Lead, Darshini has demonstrated expertise in verification processes, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes positions at Tailscale as a Customer Engineer, providing technical support and analysis, as well as various technical roles in different organizations, where skills in network support, system maintenance, and customer relationship management were developed. Darshini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer System Technology - Networking from Centennial College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication from Gujarat University.
