Mark Karolich

Mark Karolich is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CFO at BlueChew since February 2021, Mark previously held the position of VP/Controller at Athletico, contributing to strategic growth until its acquisition by BDT. Prior to that, Mark was SVP Finance/Controller at FTD, overseeing significant acquisitions and focusing on customer engagement strategies. Mark’s career began at Jarden Corporation as SVP/Corporate Controller, following a tenure as VP Finance at First Alert, where operational integration was central to the role. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
