Tess Umoren

Tess Umoren has extensive work experience in customer success and marketing roles. Tess is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BlueConic since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Customer Success and Creative Project Manager at Idomoo from July 2021 to August 2022. From March 2018 to June 2021, Tess served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BrightTALK. Before that, they worked as a Senior Marketing Consultant at Morts & More from May 2017 to February 2018. Tess also has experience as an Account Director/Producer at DTV Group (Global) from December 2015 to April 2017 and as a Senior Campaign Manager at TMW Unlimited from July 2015 to October 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at OgilvyOne Worldwide from September 2013 to June 2015, where they managed B2C direct marketing campaigns and delivered a global B2B brand campaign launch. Tess started their career as an Account Manager at Fox Parrack Singapour, where they worked from April 2009 to August 2013.

Tess Umoren has a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Essex. Tess also holds an MA in Advertising Design Management from the University of Southampton.
