Kyle R. Talavera

Kyle R. Talavera is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and education. Currently serving as the Director of Outside Sales for Strategic Partners at BlueCotton since June 2025, Kyle has previously held several key positions at Discovery Education, including Senior Manager of Education Partnerships and Manager of PK12 Partnerships, from April 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Pearson as a Higher Education Courseware Representative and Consultant, and sales management positions at Cardinal Carryor & Cardinal Integrated Systems, as well as Lennox International, where participation in the Graduate Sales Academy was noted. Volunteer work as an Assistant Coach for Western Kentucky University Men's Rugby FC further highlights leadership capabilities. Kyle R. Talavera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
