Athira Somashekar

Athira Somashekar is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at BlueCrest since April 2021, Athira oversees the analysis of financial results and manages financial records, focusing on KPIs, product line profitability, and investment analysis. Prior experience includes positions as Finance Manager - FP&A at Genpact, where management of a $100 million budget and WIP report creation were key responsibilities, and as IT Manager - Admin & Finance at Hussmann, streamlining finance reporting. Athira has also held the role of Senior Finance Manager at IBM, managing budgets of approximately $50 million for the Asia Pacific region. Athira holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MG University and completed pre-college education at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
