Daniel Hodge

Daniel Hodge, CPA, CISA, CIPT, CCISO, possesses extensive experience in information security and IT audit, currently serving as the Manager of Information Security - Identity & Access Management at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Since February 2011, Daniel has led teams focused on end user provisioning, enterprise role-based access control design, and implementation. Previous roles include Principal Consultant Security Engineer, where responsibilities involved designing application security solutions and assisting with enterprise identity management. Prior to this, Daniel served as IT Audit Project Manager and Sr Internal Controls Consultant, focusing on Model Audit Rule compliance and SSAE-16 control testing. Daniel's career began at Ernst & Young as an IT Risk & Assurance Senior, specializing in SOX and SOC 1 engagements, and includes early experience as a Technical Support Associate at Averitt Express. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and another in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University.
