Darryl Farkas

Darryl Farkas has extensive experience in the field of information technology, primarily focusing on contact center technologies and system integration. Currently serving as Team Lead for Contact Center Technologies at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since June 2009, Darryl has successfully upgraded the Genesys environment and led a team dedicated to enhancing contact center performance. Prior experience includes a role as a Genesys CTI/GVP Programmer and Network Admin at US Xpress, where Darryl was responsible for the installation of a high availability Genesys platform for large call centers. Previous positions also include contractor roles at TAC Worldwide and integration specialist at Olin Corporation, showcasing a strong background in systems implementation and support. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and multiple certifications from Genesys University.
