Cramer has extensive experience with the SME Education Foundation, where roles included Executive Director and Director of K-12 Educational Programs, emphasizing youth engagement in manufacturing and STEM fields. Earlier positions included Director of School Engagement for Project Lead The Way in Pennsylvania and Virginia, and Applied Engineering Instructor at South Park School District. Cramer's educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Technology Teacher Education from California University of Pennsylvania, along with a certification in Engineering Education from Penn State University.
