Marko Stojanović is a WAF Support Engineer at BlueGrid.io since September 2021, responsible for managing support activities, tracking security incidents through Zendesk, and creating WAF policies to regulate HTTP requests based on various criteria. Prior to this role, Marko worked as a SOC/NOC Analyst, analyzing HTTP traffic using WAF tools and monitoring alerts from cloud vendors while providing first-level support to international clients. Marko's career began at Xpro d.o.o. in November 2004 as a Customer Support Engineer, where certification as a Xerox Ltd. Service Engineer was achieved.
