Michael Mallard

Michael Mallard serves as the Director of International Growth at AV and the Director of International Product Sales at BlueHalo, where Michael has successfully developed strategies for military, government, and commercial customers across multiple regions. With a distinguished military career as a Colonel in the US Army, Mallard has extensive experience in international engagements and partnerships, having held various leadership roles within the Department of Defense and NATO. As a strategic advisor and founder of Volpe International LLC, as well as a former Army Attaché, Mallard has built strong relationships with key officials in Europe and contributed to defense modernization efforts. Mallard holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University, along with several military and professional education credentials.
