Mike Sperling

Mike Sperling is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in hardware design and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Hardware Design and Manufacturing at BlueHalo since 2021, Mike previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Citadel Defense Company from 2016 until its acquisition by BlueHalo. Mike also contributed as the Director of Engineering at PACAVI Group for a brief period in 2016. From 2005 to 2015, Mike was the Director of Engineering Operations at D3 Technologies and worked in design engineering roles at United Technologies Aerospace Systems and Aviation Partners Boeing between 2000 and 2005. Mike began a career in engineering at Hexcel Structures, where responsibilities included design, manufacturing, and project engineering from 1989 to 2000. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington.
