Timothy Carns

Timothy Carns possesses extensive experience in military operations and management, currently serving as a Military Operations Analyst at BlueHalo since October 2018. Prior to this role, Timothy worked as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at Raytheon and as a Distribution Operation Manager at Target, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 45 employees and developing strategies for retail operations. Timothy's military background includes significant leadership roles within the US Army, such as Director of Current Operations at Special Operations Command South and Director of Operations for the 82nd Airborne Division, where oversight of large teams, substantial budgets, and training management were key responsibilities. Timothy holds a Master’s degree in Management from Troy University and completed undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
