Oscar Rodriguez

Oscar Rodriguez is an experienced Project Manager and Analyst at Bluehawk Consulting, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and fraud response in an ongoing role since July 2023. As the founder and president of ABLEXCEL, Oscar provides training in the Scaled Agile Framework and software engineering. Previously, Oscar held positions at Microsoft as a Program Manager, managing engineering work and enterprise data lake platforms. Prior experience includes founding Matrixoft Corporation, where design and development of healthcare information systems were key responsibilities, as well as roles in consulting and system architecture across various organizations, including EVERTEC and Blue Cross of Puerto Rico. Oscar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico - Metropolitan Campus and attended Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
