Previous roles include HSEQ Director for Asia at ALTRAD, Regional HSEQ Manager at both Cape plc and Hertel, as well as Site Safety Manager at Lafarge. Des Yeo's earlier career includes positions at Shimizu Corporation and Takenaka Corporation, culminating in a Deputy Site Manager role at Cape plc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma in Building Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
