Matthew Hilchie is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at BlueMatrix since June 2025, Matthew has previously held significant roles including Head of Engineering and Engineering Team Lead at Street Context, and Engineering Team Lead at IDEXX, where expertise in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, and Docker was applied to develop robust software solutions. As the owner of Hilchie Innovations Ltd., Matthew led the delivery of full-stack software solutions for a diverse clientele across multiple countries.
