Kengo Tanaka

Kengo Tanaka serves as the Japan Country Manager at BlueOptima since August 2024, focusing on business development and support for performance insight solutions aimed at optimizing developer productivity and quality. Previously, Kengo held the position of Solution Sales Director at Thales from April 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities included sales of on-demand connectivity solutions for eSIM and OTA management. Prior to that, Kengo was with Irdeto for over a decade, fulfilling various roles including Sales and Technical Representative, Pre-Sales Engineer, and Technical Director, primarily in software protection and digital rights management. Kengo's earlier experience includes significant engineering roles at Scientific Atlanta, Unisphere Networks, Ciena, Ascend Communications, Newbridge Networks, and IBM, covering systems engineering and network technologies. Kengo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistical Mechanics from Yokohama City University.
