Melissa Cary

Melissa Cary, CVPM, currently serves as the Regional Manager of Field Operations at BluePearl Pet Hospital since March 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Regional Manager at VetEvolve from October 2023 to March 2025. Melissa has extensive experience in veterinary management, including roles as Hospital Director at MedVet from August 2020 to September 2023, and Practice Manager at Southern Veterinary Partners from November 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included team development and customer service excellence. Previous positions also include Hospital Manager at VCA, where management of day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service culture were key focuses, and Hospital Manager at Aldie Veterinary Hospital, where Melissa handled public communications and marketing. Earlier in Melissa's career, roles included Practice Leader, Safety Manager, and Ophthalmology Technician at Eye Care For Animals, as well as Equine Nurse at Marion DuPont Scott Equine Medical Center, and Assistant Manager and Nutrition Specialist at Little Rock Farm and Agricultural Center LLC.
