Currently, Pranav serves as the Founder and CEO of BluePondAi, as well as the Managing Principal of BluePond Capital, where focus lies on investing and collaborating with innovative companies. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Point72 Hyperscale, Global Head of P&C Solutions at Swiss Re, and CEO at Intellect SEEC. Pranav has also held senior positions at Polaris Software Lab and QBE Insurance Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, business transformation, and corporate governance. Academic qualifications include an Executive Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, an MBA from the University of Otago, and a BE in Electronics from Maharshi Dayanand University.
