Mike Grass is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the staffing and construction industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Blueprint Staffing, LLC since January 2020, Mike specializes in contract, temporary, and permanent staffing for construction management professionals, leveraging advanced technology and a strong work ethic to identify top candidates. Prior to this role, Mike was the General Manager at Tradesmen International, overseeing the successful merger of offices and teams after the acquisition of Construction Labor Contractors. With a foundational background as General Manager at Construction Labor Contractors, Mike managed staffing solutions in skilled trades across multiple offices.
