Melissa Benton

Melissa Benton currently serves as Chief of Staff and Managing Director of Operations at Blueprint Technologies since February 2020. In addition, Melissa has been the VP of Operations at Pendulum Partners since March 2019. Previously, Melissa held the positions of President and Director of HR & Client Services at Quantum Windows & Doors, Inc. from April 2003 to March 2019. Furthermore, Melissa was President of the Snohomish County Human Resources Association from January 2010 to December 2013. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Spanish from Cornell College.
