Oleksandra Prysiazhna

Oleksandra Prysiazhna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, customer support, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Billing Customer Support Agent at Blueprint since September 2023, Oleksandra has also been a volunteer with the Ukrainian Association of Washington State since March 2022. Previous roles include Product Project Manager at Upwork (January 2019 - May 2022), Project Manager and QA Lead at Expetitle (September 2021 - February 2022), and Technical Project Manager at Crowdbotics (October 2020 - October 2021). As Chief Executive Officer at Etcetera Agency (July 2019 - September 2020), Oleksandra was responsible for strategic planning, organization oversight, and stakeholder communication.
