Amanda Outram

Amanda (Barber) Outram, MASc, CRSP, ROH, is an experienced environmental health and safety professional with a robust background in managing EHS programs across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Environmental Health and Safety at BlueRock Therapeutics since June 2023, Amanda previously held the role of Manager of Environmental Health and Safety at Toronto Metropolitan University, where strategic leadership and policy development were essential in promoting a culture of health and wellness. Prior experience includes positions at GSK as an EHS Compliance Partner, OHE Consultants as an Occupational Hygienist and Project Consultant, and Golder Associates as an Occupational Hygienist and Lab Coordinator. Amanda holds a Master of Applied Science in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management from the University of Western Sydney and a Double Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health & Society from York University.
