Meg Basile

Meg (Murray) Basile currently serves as the Co-Lead for RockSOLID at BlueRock Therapeutics, focusing on empowering women and allies through mentorship and advocacy. In the role of Associate Director of IT Governance and Program Management, Meg ensures effective management across multiple areas within the IT organization. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at bluebird bio, including Associate Director of IT Commercial Portfolio & System Solutions, where Meg co-led initiatives aimed at advancing women in leadership. Additional roles in IT operations and administration span from Executive Assistant to Senior Operations Support Technician at The Cheesecake Factory. Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Albany Massry School of Business.
