Kate Festini

Kate Festini has extensive experience in operations and client management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director of Wealth & Law Operations at BlueRock since December 2017, Kate has held various managerial roles, including Practice Manager for Wealth and Law and Private Wealth. Prior to this, Kate worked at First State Super from January 2014 to December 2017, initially as Assistant Operations Manager and previously as Systems Officer, focusing on process development and user support. Earlier roles include Client Fulfilment Manager and Xplan Administration and Development at McQueen Group, where responsibilities encompassed improving efficiency, managing teams, and implementing technology solutions. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University and several professional qualifications, including a Diploma of Financial Planning and PRINCE2 certifications. Currently enrolled in the altMBA program, Kate is committed to continuous professional development.
