Erika Giles is an experienced Global Logistics and Trade Compliance Consultant currently working with Damon Motorcycles and Blues Wireless, alongside serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant of Xpansion Logistics Management & Trade Compliance since November 2015. With a rich background at BlackBerry, including roles as Director of Global Logistics and Trade Compliance and Manager of Global Logistics, Erika has overseen extensive logistics operations in the consumer electronics sector. Additionally, experience as a mentor for the Velocity Program at the University of Waterloo and guest speaking engagements at prominent institutions highlight Erika's commitment to supporting the logistics and trade compliance community. Erika holds a BA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
