Tom Haynes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in back-end services development and a focus on defense-related applications. Currently at Bluestaq LLC as a Senior Software Engineer since August 2020, Tom specializes in developing the Unified Data Library (UDL), a cloud-based repository for managing DOD assets. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Polaris Alpha, where Tom contributed to several projects, including an AI-backed OODA Processing Loop and various space sensor applications. Earlier roles at Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics involved software development for space management systems and collaboration applications, respectively. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
