Marta Cora Canals has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marta started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2010, where they worked in various roles, including Operations Process Engineer & Utilities Owner, Operations Start-Up Leader, Operations Launch Leader, and Operations Department Manager. In these roles, they managed day-to-day operations, led the launch of new initiatives, and was responsible for optimizing the supply chain and gaining initiatives management capabilities.
In 2016, Marta joined BlueSun as Quality Manager and later became the Quality and HS&E Director. Marta drove the organization towards an Integrated Management System and executed audits per year across multiple standards. Marta then took on the role of Projects Director, leading company projects and improving project methodology. Most recently, Marta served as the Commercial Director, responsible for contract manufacturing and private label key account management.
Throughout their career, Marta has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed cross-functional teams, and successfully implemented quality management systems and process improvement initiatives. Marta has also gained expertise in TPM culture and depth technology knowledge.
Marta Cora Canals has a diverse education history. In 2003, they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering at IQS Barcelona, which they completed in 2008. Following this, in 2017, they attended the IESE Business School for a specialized course focused on "Mujer y Liderazgo" (Women and Leadership). In addition to their formal education, Marta also obtained a certification in Advancing Negotiation Skills (ANS) from Scotwork España y LATAM in April 2023.
