Shadman Isaacs

Shadman Isaacs has extensive experience in banking and customer support management, currently serving as Banking Support Manager at BlueVine since January 2021. Prior to this, Shadman worked as Team Lead Manager at LendingClub, where a new Member Support department was built and established in Lehi, focusing on hiring and training talent to exceed expectations. Shadman's earlier tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from August 2009 to December 2018 included roles as Operations Manager, overseeing luxury brand reservations teams, and InterContinental Team Manager, where sales experience was leveraged to motivate and develop team members. Shadman holds an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Salt Lake Community College, earned between 2013 and 2020.
