Will Richards, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Will is the Founder and President of WJR Partners since September 2020. Prior to starting their own firm, they worked at Blythe Global Advisors as the Director of Technical Accounting & SOX/Internal Audit, where they focused on SOX compliance and ASC 842 implementation for multiple public companies. From 2013 to 2018, Will worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Business Advisory Services Senior Associate. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Desk Attendant at UCLA Hedrick Hall Front Desk from 2010 to 2012, and as an intern at the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2011.
Will Richards, CPA attended UCLA from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Economics and Accounting. In 2011, they also attended the Sports Marketing & Management Summer Institute at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Will obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2016.
