Ian Russ

Ian Russ has extensive experience in technology strategy and architecture, currently serving as a Technology Strategist and Chief Architect at BMC Software since January 2010. In this role, Ian has provided technical leadership and governance, successfully transitioning customers to multi-cloud strategies and enhancing service management architectures. Ian’s previous positions include Enterprise Architect and Client Architect at BMC Software, where significant achievements involved developing automation capabilities and integrating service management for major financial and telecom clients. Prior to BMC, Ian held roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ffastfill, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and others, starting from an analyst position at BT. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from City, University of London.
