Lynn Moffett is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and total rewards management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BMC Software since November 2020, Lynn previously held the position of Senior Vice President - HR USA, Group Reward & Facilities at Paysafe Group. Lynn's career at BMC Software began in 2011, where responsibilities included leading a team of 40 HR professionals and managing global compensation, payroll, and facilities for nearly 6,000 employees across 40 countries. Additionally, Lynn has held significant roles in various organizations, such as Human Resource Advisor at Anadarko Petroleum and Director of Human Resources at Hornbeck Offshore, demonstrating a strong track record in benefits innovation and executive consultation. Lynn Moffett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a graduate of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
