Agata Gorzelak

Agata Gorzelak is an experienced leader in wealth management and strategic change, currently serving as the Head of Growth Transformation at BMO Wealth Management since November 2023, while also holding the position of Managing Director for Strategic Change Management & Business Enablement at BMO Capital Markets since November 2020. With a career at BMO Financial Group spanning nearly two decades from December 2001 to November 2020, Agata has held various leadership roles, including Head of Strategy, Integration & Communications, Head of Procurement Strategy & Operations, Senior Advisor in Legal, Compliance & Corporate Security, and Senior Manager for HR Programs and Initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from the University of Toronto (2010-2012) and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Law from the same university (2003-2005).
