Joanna Whittaker

Joanna Whittaker, CPA, CMA, has extensive experience in change management, finance, and sales support within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Change Integration Manager at BMO Financial Group since 2011, Joanna delivers change initiatives that enhance employee effectiveness and project outcomes, while also providing expert support to the Treasury & Payment Solutions sales team. Previous roles include Manager of Branch Leadership Solutions and Program Manager for Cash Management, where Joanna developed programs to improve personal banking sales effectiveness and managed customer communication strategies. As a volunteer Parish Council Finance Member at St. Gregory's Catholic Church, Joanna reviews financial reports and ensures compliance with regulations. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and certifications as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Additionally, Joanna completed a Certificate in Change Management from Prosci Canada in 2019.
