Mae Shaban

Mae Shaban is a seasoned professional in architectural design and project management with extensive experience at BMO Financial Group since November 2016, currently serving as Senior Manager in the Global Retail Design and Sustainability Office. Previous roles include Senior Design Manager and Manager of Architectural Design within the same organization. Contributing to the Ontario Association of Architects as a member of the Sustainable Built Environment Committee from January 2020 to December 2022 and serving on the Advisory Board of Workforce 2030 from November 2020 to January 2022, Mae has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability and community engagement. Prior architectural experience includes project management at Kearns Mancini Architects Inc. and an internship at Denegri Bessai Studio. Academic credentials include a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, both from Western University.
