Pratik Ugale

Pratik Ugale is a seasoned performance engineering professional with extensive experience leading teams and managing performance testing initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Engineer at BMO, Pratik leads an offshore team of 10, focusing on non-functional requirement gathering and performance strategy development using LoadRunner Enterprise. Prior to BMO, Pratik held the position of Senior Software Engineer at ICE Mortgage Technology, where a Puppeteer-based UI performance testing framework was introduced and integrated with Jenkins. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at FIS, where real-time system monitoring was implemented to offer performance insights, and as a QA Specialist at PTC, where performance issues for over 100 clients were effectively resolved. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Government College of Engineering Chandrapur.
