Radu Paraschiv

Radu Paraschiv is an experienced professional in CIO advisory services and program management, currently serving in the same capacity at BMO Financial Group since 2015. As the President and Managing Partner of Bluelight Consulting since September 2004, Radu has led CIO advisory initiatives. Previous positions include program management roles at Scotiabank, eHealth Ontario, and TD, as well as advisory roles at Hudson's Bay Company and National Bank of Canada. Radu also held a group manager position at Capital One and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Radu holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Bucharest University, completed between 1986 and 1991.
