Sarah Teskey McLean

Sarah Teskey McLean currently serves as the Director of Workforce Effectiveness, Change Management, and Communications for North American Commercial at BMO Financial Group, a position held since June 2016. In this role, Sarah leads a team of professionals focused on executing transformational change and fostering a high-performance culture through integrated planning and compelling communications. Previously, Sarah held the title of Director, Salesforce Change & Communications in Canadian Personal and Business Banking, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior leaders and managing a team to ensure effective program execution. Sarah's career at BMO began in 2012 as a Senior Strategy Specialist in Commercial Banking. Sarah holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
