Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Condon-Johnson & Associates, Inc. from June 2017 to July 2020, where Ben completed significant projects such as the Sycuan Casino Expansion and the Legacy International Center. Earlier internships at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company involved essential project management support and quality control at prominent construction sites, including the ViaSat campus expansion and the Kaiser Zion Hospital Renovation. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University and has additional educational experience from the University of Technology Sydney.
