Previously, Norman held similar roles at Lendlease, overseeing the development of 242 residential and 236 hotel units in San Francisco. At Webcor, Norman managed the $303M Transbay Block 8 project, recognized as the largest residential construction project in San Francisco by the SF Business Times. Prior experience includes positions at C.W. Driver, Turner Construction Company, and DPR Construction, where Norman contributed to innovative project management strategies and successfully led significant initiatives, including LEED certification processes and cost-saving measures. Norman holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Organizations, & Entrepreneurship and Architectural Studies from Brown University.
