Earlier experience includes an Engineering Sales/Project Management Internship at ENCON Indoor Comfort & Energy Solutions, where responsibilities involved evaluating energy savings opportunities and supporting energy conservation projects. Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2015.
