Hojoon Seo began their work experience as a Senior Researcher at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute in 1987. Hojoon then joined KEPCO E&C as a Manager in 1997 and worked until 2000. In 2000, Seo became the CEO and President of BNF Technology Inc., a software development company specializing in providing solutions for operational management of process plants. Hojoon held this position until 2016 when they became the CEO and President of HanAra Software. At HanAra Software, Seo focuses on helping clients achieve operational excellence by maximizing return on assets through the use of digital plant management software.
Hojoon Seo holds a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Hojoon also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Yeungnam University.
