Emmanuel Palmaerts

Emmanuel Palmaerts is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud transformation and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Head of Cloud Business Office at BNP Paribas Asset Management since December 2014, Emmanuel is responsible for overseeing the cloud migration process and managing related IT Board activities. Prior roles include Head of Applications Operations & Cloud, where technical support of 150 business applications was managed, and Application Program Manager, focusing on IT infrastructure projects. Previously, at BNP Paribas Fortis, Emmanuel managed complex IT infrastructure projects for mobile banking, and at ING Belgium, contributed to large-scale IT integration initiatives. Early career experience at NETsite SA involved roles in development, team leadership, and technical sales. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Network and Telecommunications from HEPL.
