Art Chen

Art Chen is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at 法國巴黎保險 since August 2020, Art Chen has led team efforts to integrate electronic insurance policy systems, developed B2B and B2C systems, and managed an outsourcing team. Previous roles include System Designer at Atos, where responsibilities included generating system development documents and leading a team for travel and tourism system products, and Web Development Team Leader at Lion Information Technology, where Art Chen managed a web/API development team. Art Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Ming Chuan University and pursued further blockchain learning at AppWorks School.
