Tomáš Balák

Tomáš Balák, FRM, is an experienced professional in finance and risk management, currently serving as a Senior Solution Analyst focused on digital and strategic transformation at BNP Paribas Cardif since May 2023. Previously, Tomáš held roles at EPAM Systems from May 2019 to April 2023, working as a Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst on projects for a leading global hospitality company and a top-tier UK investment bank, among others. Tomáš also served as a Senior Business Analyst at Deutsche Börse, where responsibilities included functional analysis and solution design for the Eurex Clearing Prisma platform. Earlier positions include Risk Manager at J&T BANKA and Analyst at Deloitte Czech Republic. Tomáš holds a Master's degree in Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the same institution, and has studied at the Norwegian School of Economics.
